Terms & Conditions
1. General
These general terms and conditions of purchase (the "Terms") apply to all purchases made in the online store shop.medvital.se (the "Online Store"). The Online Store is operated by Medvital Sverige AB, corporate reg. no. (org.nr) 559421-2093, Box 2420, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden ("Medvital", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase in the Online Store, you accept these Terms.

The Terms comply with applicable Swedish consumer legislation, including lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler (the Swedish Distance Contracts Act), konsumentköplagen (2022:260) (the Swedish Consumer Sales Act), prisinformationslagen (2004:347) (the Swedish Price Information Act) and marknadsföringslagen (2008:486) (the Swedish Marketing Act).
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to shop in the Online Store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Ordering and contract
A binding contract is formed when Medvital has confirmed your order by means of an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, obviously incorrect price information, or if the product is out of stock. If an order is refused or cancelled, any amount already paid will be refunded without delay.
Please check your order confirmation when you receive it. If anything is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@medvital.se.
4. Prices
All prices in the Online Store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) for delivery to Sweden and in Norwegian kroner (NOK) for delivery to Norway. Prices include value added tax (VAT). Shipping is always included in the price — we offer free shipping on all orders.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing and typographical errors. If a price is obviously incorrect and you realised or should have realised this, we are not bound by the incorrect price.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment methods
Payment is processed via Shopify Payments. We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard and others), digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna and Swish, as well as payment by invoice (14 days). All payment methods can be used at checkout for all purchases — both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Please note: with a subscription you only pay the first month at checkout. Subsequent subscription months are not charged automatically but are invoiced — a paper invoice accompanies each monthly delivery. See sections 5.3 and 6.3. For subscriptions delivered to Norway, automatic card charging applies instead — see section 6.3.
5.2 Card payment
When paying by card, the amount is charged when the order is placed. The payment is handled by our payment provider; Medvital never stores your full card details.
5.3 Payment by invoice
Invoice can be chosen as the payment method at checkout for all purchases – both one-time purchases and the first month of a subscription. If you choose invoice, you pay nothing at checkout; the invoice is sent in paper form together with your delivery. For subscriptions, all deliveries from the second month onwards are additionally always invoiced, regardless of which payment method you chose at checkout — see section 6.3.
- Payment term: 14 days from the invoice date.
- Cost: 0% interest and no fees.
- Requirements: you must be at least 18 years old. If needed, we may ask for your Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) for secure identification and age verification – see our privacy policy.
- Subscription: from the second month onwards, an invoice always accompanies each monthly delivery, regardless of which payment method you chose at checkout. The promotional price for the first month applies regardless of payment method; thereafter, the regular monthly price applies. You can cancel your subscription at any time via customer service — see section 6.4 for how a cancellation affects the next delivery.
5.4 Late payment
If payment has not been received by the due date, we will send a payment reminder with a reminder fee of 60 kr. Late payment interest is charged in accordance with räntelagen (the Swedish Interest Act) (the applicable reference rate + 8 percentage points) from the due date. If payment is still not made after a reminder, the claim may be transferred to debt collection, which entails additional statutory costs.
5.5 Invoice and right of withdrawal
Your 14-day right of withdrawal is not affected by choosing invoice. If you exercise your right of withdrawal before the invoice has been paid, we will cancel or credit the invoice – you should not pay an invoice for goods that you have withdrawn from and returned in accordance with our return terms. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, where applicable after the goods have been received in return.
6. Subscription terms
In the Online Store you can sign up for a subscription to our dietary supplements. The following terms apply to subscriptions:
6.1 What the subscription means
- The subscription is an ongoing contract with automatic renewal. This means that a new delivery is sent automatically every month until you cancel the subscription yourself. The first month is paid at checkout with the payment method of your choice; thereafter, an invoice with a 14-day payment term accompanies each monthly delivery — your payment card is not charged automatically. For deliveries to Norway, the subscription is paid by card and renews through automatic card charging.
- Delivery and payment take place monthly.
- No fixed commitment period — you can cancel the subscription at any time.
6.2 Subscription prices
- First month: 199 kr.
- Thereafter, the regular price per month is charged: Flex+ and Immun+ 399 kr/month; Man+, Woman+, Beauty+ and Absorb+ 449 kr/month.
The discounted price applies to the first month only. From the second month onwards, the regular price is always charged, which is clearly stated before you confirm your purchase. Prices are the same regardless of payment method — the promotional price of 199 kr for the first month also applies when you pay by invoice.
6.3 Payment of subscriptions
The first month of a subscription is paid at checkout with the payment method of your choice: payment card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Swish or by invoice (14 days).
- Month 1: paid at checkout with the payment method you choose. If you choose invoice, you pay nothing at checkout; the invoice instead accompanies the first delivery.
- Month 2 onwards: subsequent months are never charged automatically to your card. Instead, a paper invoice accompanies each monthly delivery, with a 14-day payment term, 0% interest and no fees. The invoice purchase terms in sections 5.3–5.5 apply to each invoice.
- Deliveries to Norway: subscriptions delivered to Norway are paid by card and renew through automatic card charging. By signing up for such a subscription, you agree that your card will be charged automatically every month with the amount stated above, until the subscription is cancelled.
6.4 How to cancel your subscription
- You can cancel the subscription at any time, either via your customer account at shop.medvital.se or by emailing info@medvital.se.
- For an upcoming delivery (and the associated charge or invoice) to be stopped in time, the cancellation must be made no later than 14 days before the next delivery. If you cancel later than that, the already scheduled delivery and payment will be carried out — with invoice payment, the invoice for that delivery is included — and the subscription then ends. If a delivery is stopped before it has been dispatched, no invoice is issued for it.
- You will receive a confirmation by email when the subscription has been cancelled.
6.5 Price changes
If we change the regular price of a subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
7. One-time purchases
All products can also be bought as one-time purchases at the regular price, without a subscription. One-time purchases involve no automatic renewal or recurring charges.
8. Delivery
We deliver to Sweden and Norway. Shipping is always included in the price. The delivery time is normally 1–5 working days from when the order has been confirmed. Delivery is made to a parcel pick-up point or by home delivery. Subscription deliveries are sent monthly. See our shipping policy for full information about deliveries, uncollected parcels and address changes.
9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right under distansavtalslagen (the Swedish Distance Contracts Act) to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone appointed by you) received the goods, without giving any reason.
Important exception: Our products are dietary supplements and are classified as foodstuffs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken. This means that an opened package cannot be returned. Unopened packages with an unbroken seal are covered by the right of withdrawal and can be returned.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@medvital.se within the withdrawal period. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), available at konsumentverket.se. If you withdraw, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving your notice of withdrawal, but no earlier than when we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that they have been sent back. If you paid by invoice and the invoice has not yet been paid, we will cancel or credit it instead — see section 5.5. Full information is available in our return and withdrawal policy.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as withdrawing from a purchase — see our return and withdrawal policy for an explanation of the difference.
10. Complaints
If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right under konsumentköplagen (the Swedish Consumer Sales Act) to make a complaint for up to 3 years from when you received the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the fault; a complaint made within two months is always considered to have been made in time. Contact us at info@medvital.se and describe the fault, preferably with a photo. If the complaint is approved, we will cover all shipping costs and compensate you with a new product, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
11. Dietary supplements — important information
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of small children.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before using dietary supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
12. Limitation of liability
Medvital's liability is limited to what follows from mandatory Swedish consumer legislation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent such limitation of liability is permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Force majeure
Medvital is released from liability for failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if the failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, labour dispute, fire, extensive operational disruptions affecting carriers or payment providers, or similar events. If such a circumstance persists for more than 60 days, both parties have the right to terminate the contract without penalty.
14. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For invoice purchases, we also process your Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) for identification and age verification — see our privacy policy. Read more in our privacy policy and cookie policy, which are available in the Online Store.
15. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first at info@medvital.se and we will try to resolve the matter together.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We participate in ARN's dispute resolution procedure and follow the board's recommendations.
You can also use the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (the ODR platform): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disputes may also be examined by a general court. Swedish law applies to these Terms, with the exception of mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you are habitually resident.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms, for example in response to changes in legislation or in our product range. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published in the Online Store at the time of your order. For ongoing subscriptions, material changes to the terms are notified by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept the changes, you can cancel the subscription before they take effect.
These Terms were last updated in July 2026.
