Terms of Purchase
- GENERAL
These terms of purchase apply to the purchase of goods from Medvital Sverige AB and to all entered as well as new subscription agreements. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Medvital Sverige AB is hereinafter referred to as «medvital», «we», «us» or «the seller».
Buyer:
The person specified as the customer in the order, regardless of purchase channel (web, telephone or other sales channel), and is hereinafter referred to as «you», «yourself» or «the customer». The customer must be at least 18 years of age and not be under guardianship.
- SUBSCRIPTION
Medvital sells goods on an ongoing subscription basis without any minimum commitment period. Delivery normally takes place within 7 days of the order, thereafter according to the chosen delivery interval.
In the event of cancellation, the subscription is terminated immediately as of the next delivery. You can contact our customer service at any time to pause, change or cancel your subscription.
To cancel or pause a subscription, cancellation must take place no later than 14 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
If cancellation takes place later, the delivery is treated as a confirmed order and you are liable to pay for the next delivery.
We may make changes to our product range, delivery method and delivery interval. Notices of changes are sent out in good time before they take effect. Minor changes, such as a change of packaging, will not be notified beyond the information provided on our website. A subscription may be refused on objective grounds, such as in the case of attempted fraud, lack of creditworthiness and the like.
- PRICES
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including statutory value added tax (VAT). Postage and handling fees are added unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on sales channel and any campaigns. Prices and delivery intervals are always clearly stated at the time of ordering. Prices are valid until they are changed. Notices of price changes are sent out in good time before the changes take effect. Offers to new customers are primarily directed at new customers and may not be used improperly through repeated cancellation and re-subscription.
- DELIVERY
We send our deliveries by post in accordance with the agreed delivery frequency. If the delivery time does not follow from the payment confirmation, we shall deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from your order. We issue a written invoice that serves as an order confirmation and which is enclosed with all deliveries. In the case of special offers, larger or multiple orders, it may happen that the order has to be collected at the post office's pick-up point due to size and weight. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when you or your representative has received the goods. In the event of delayed delivery, you may, depending on the circumstances, withhold payment, demand delivery, compensation or cancellation of the purchase agreement.
- PAYMENT
An invoice is sent in connection with the delivery. Payment terms are stated on the invoice and are at least 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Factoring:
Medvital cooperates with an external finance company (factoring company) that handles invoices and payments. This does not affect your rights as a consumer. For questions regarding payment or invoice, you are referred to the information on the invoice.
In the event of non-payment, reminder fees, late payment interest and debt collection fees may be added in accordance with the law.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods in your first delivery. The time limit includes all calendar days. If the time limit ends on a Saturday or Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday, the withdrawal period is extended to the nearest working day. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days from the day you notified the seller of the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by returning goods that do not have a broken seal. In order for the right of withdrawal to be carried out, the goods must be returned to us in the same quantity and in the same condition as when you received them. If the value of the goods is reduced more than necessary in relation to the properties and function of the goods, you must cover this reduction in value. Unless otherwise agreed, you cover the direct costs of returning the goods. The return address is the address stated under point 2 above. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification. We have the right to withhold payment until we have received the goods that have been returned, or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been sent. The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed something else with us. - COMPLAINTS
If the delivered goods are defective, you may, depending on the circumstances, demand rectification of the defect, replacement delivery, a price reduction, or compensation to remedy the defect, or cancellation of the agreement. If there is a defect in the goods, you must, within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, or ought to have been discovered, notify the seller of the defect. Notice given within two months of you noticing the defect shall always be deemed to have been given in time. The right to make a complaint is limited to complaints within the expiry date of the goods stated on the packaging, and no later than three years after you received the goods. In the event of a late complaint, you lose the right to invoke that the goods are defective. The right to complaint applies in addition to the right of withdrawal. In the event of a complaint and defect, you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs. The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed something else with us.
- THE SELLER'S RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF THE CUSTOMER'S DEFAULT
If you do not pay or fulfil the other obligations that follow from the agreement or the law, and this is not due to the seller or conditions on the seller's side, we may, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act and depending on the circumstances, withhold the goods, demand that you pay the price, or cancel the purchase. Depending on the circumstances, we will be able to demand late payment interest in the event of late payment and a debt collection fee, and if you do not return unpaid goods, the seller may charge you a fee. The fee shall at most cover the seller's actual costs of delivering the goods to you.

Your questions about actual purchases and orders should always be answered within 48 hours by the seller.
- MEMBERSHIP CLUB
As a subscription customer at Medvital, you automatically become a member of the membership club with bonuses and other benefits. Terms for the membership club are available on our website www.medvital.se.
- RESERVATIONS
The seller reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to another party. We also reserve the right for any operational disruptions, printing errors, incorrect prices, value added tax and other fee changes, or delivery problems due to circumstances beyond our control. Any offers apply as long as stocks last (which is stated in connection with the individual campaign). We assume no responsibility for incorrect use of the products. Follow the stated dosage.
- AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS OF PURCHASE
These terms of purchase may be amended in the event of special needs and/or in the event of changes to laws, regulations or recommendations. In the event of a change to the terms, you will be notified no later than 1 month before the changes take effect. If, based on the amended terms, you wish to terminate the agreement, you are free to do so. Failure to terminate the agreement after a change to the terms of the agreement means that you accept the updated terms of the agreement. New terms will be announced on our website in connection with the new terms being sent out.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Contact our customer service if you have a complaint about your purchase. Complaints must be notified to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. point 8. The parties shall primarily try to resolve any disputes themselves. If this is not successful, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for alternative dispute resolution. If the alternative dispute resolution is not successful, you or the seller may bring the matter before a court. The agreement is established under Swedish law. Disputes are settled at Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt).
